Common questions about boiler repairs and servicing

We charge £80 per hour on weekdays and £120 on Saturdays. A typical service takes around an hour. We'll confirm the cost before we start — no surprises.

Once a year. An annual service keeps your boiler safe and efficient, and is usually required to keep your manufacturer's warranty valid.

Yes. We're specifically trained by Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Viessmann, but we repair all makes and models of gas boilers.

It's usually a small leak somewhere in the system, or a faulty pressure relief valve. You can try topping it up via the filling loop, but if it keeps dropping, it needs a proper look.

We'll tell you. If a repair costs more than it should relative to the age and condition of the boiler, we'll explain your options honestly — including whether a new boiler makes more sense.
