We charge £80 per hour on weekdays and £120 on Saturdays. No call-out fee.
Most small jobs — a leaking tap, a toilet repair, an outside tap — take one to two hours.
You get a clear quote before we start. If we find something else that needs attention, we'll tell you the cost before we touch it.

We don't offer out-of-hours emergency cover, but we aim for same-day or next-day for urgent jobs during working hours. WhatsApp us and we'll let you know availability straight away.
Yes — running cisterns, faulty flush mechanisms, leaking seals, slow fills. Most toilet repairs are straightforward and done within an hour.
Yes. We drill through the wall, connect to your mains supply and fit an isolating valve so you can turn it off in winter. Usually takes a couple of hours.
